Harvey F. Friedman: Attorney at Law, Great Neck, New York.

Harvey Friedman has served as general counsel to American Business since 1988. He is admitted to practice in New York State and before the U. S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Panel of Commercial Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association.

Harvey’s areas of practice are real estate, arbitration, trusts and estates, elder law, estate planning, transactional matters and litigation. He has been New York real estate counsel for 1st Constitution Bank, headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey with respect to their mortgage loan programs and has represented other banking institutions in real estate loan transactions. He has also served as counsel to co-op apartment corporations, civic and non-profit organizations.

He earned his degree from St. John’s University School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens College. He lives in Great Neck and is a member of the Great Neck Chamber of Commerce “We Care” Committee.
